Land concessions are agreements between a government and a private company or individual that grant the right to use and develop a specific area of land for a certain period of time. These concessions are often granted for agricultural, mining, logging, or infrastructure development purposes. In exchange for the right to use the land, the concessionaire is typically required to make certain payments or investments, and adhere to specific environmental and social standards. Land concessions have been a source of controversy in many countries, as they can lead to land grabbing, environmental degradation, and displacement of local communities. **

It is also important to discuss any venue restrictions or sound limitations that may impact the DJ's performance. Additionally, it is helpful to clarify the timeline, set-up and break-down requirements, and any specific music preferences or playlists. **
