Most religions are perceived as dictatorial because they often have a set of rules, beliefs, and practices that followers are expected to adhere to. These rules are often seen as non-negotiable and are enforced by religious authorities. Additionally, many religions have a hierarchical structure with leaders who have significant power and influence over their followers. This can create a sense of control and authority that is often associated with a dictatorial system. However, it's important to note that not all religions are dictatorial, and many promote values of love, compassion, and freedom of choice. **

Russia is officially a federal semi-presidential constitutional republic, with a president as the head of state and a prime minister as the head of government. However, many critics argue that under President Vladimir Putin, Russia has become increasingly authoritarian, with a lack of political pluralism, restrictions on freedom of speech, and a concentration of power in the hands of the president. While it may not be classified as a dictatorial republic in the traditional sense, there are certainly elements of authoritarianism present in the Russian political system. **

Absolutism is a form of government where a single ruler holds absolute power and authority over the state, often justified by divine right. This ruler's power is not limited by a constitution or laws, and they have control over all aspects of government. On the other hand, dictatorial rule is a form of government where power is concentrated in the hands of a single individual or a small group, but it may not be based on divine right. Dictators often come to power through force or manipulation and maintain control through repression and fear. While both forms of government involve a concentration of power, absolutism is typically associated with monarchies and hereditary rulers, while dictatorial rule can be seen in various political systems. **

The governmental form of dictatorial theocracy raises concerns about the concentration of power in the hands of a single leader who also holds religious authority. This can lead to a lack of checks and balances, potentially resulting in human rights abuses and suppression of dissenting voices. It also blurs the line between religion and state, which can be problematic for those who do not adhere to the state-sanctioned religion. Overall, this form of government can be oppressive and limit individual freedoms. **

However, North Korea is often considered one of the most dictatorial countries due to its strict control over all aspects of its citizens' lives, lack of political freedom, and severe human rights abuses.
