It is difficult to determine whether this is a single or double Windsor without seeing the entire tie and knot. However, based on the size and symmetry of the knot, it appears to be a double Windsor. The double Windsor knot is larger and more symmetrical than the single Windsor, and it requires more steps to tie. **

You may be having difficulty tying the double Windsor knot because it is a more complex and intricate knot compared to other tie knots. It requires a longer length of tie and more intricate folding and looping, which can be challenging to master. It may take some practice and patience to perfect the technique of tying the double Windsor knot. Keep practicing and following step-by-step instructions to improve your skills in tying this knot. **

Black Friday deals can be a mix of real bargains and fake discounts. Some retailers may inflate the original prices to make the discounts seem larger than they actually are. It's important for consumers to do their research and compare prices before making a purchase to ensure they are getting a genuine deal. Additionally, some products may be older models or lower quality items that are being sold at a discounted price, so it's important to consider the value and quality of the product before making a purchase. **

Yes, the British Windsor dynasty did have German names and German ancestors in the past. The dynasty was originally known as the House of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha, with German roots. However, during World War I, due to anti-German sentiment, King George V changed the name of the royal house to Windsor, after the castle of the same name. Despite the name change, the royal family still has German ancestry through Queen Victoria, who was married to Prince Albert of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha. **

The double Windsor knot may not work for you when tying a tie because it is a larger and more complex knot that requires a longer tie length. If your tie is too short, it may not have enough fabric to create the knot properly. Additionally, the double Windsor knot may not suit your body type or the style of collar on your shirt, causing the knot to look disproportionate or awkward. It's important to experiment with different knot styles and adjust the length of your tie to find what works best for you. **
